Sorry, we do not offer returns or refunds. We cannot accept responsibility for damages or losses that occur by Australia Post or Couriers. We pride ourselves on offering the best quality products and service and will ensure everything is packaged to the highest standard. If you experience faulty or damaged stock in your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible.
